The person behind the brand
Gilda Liljeblad Koornstra started selling her own skin care products in 1988. By then she had already worked with advanced skin care for over ten years and knew what a difference a healthy, beautiful skin makes for people’s self-confidence and well-being.
With her own skin care concept, Gilda wanted to make it easy for each individual to build an effective and consistent skin care routine. She designed simple steps and a range of really effective products to guide customers to better skin health. To help them bring out their best selves.
Over the years, Gilda has also run her own beauty salons and built up a respected school in Stockholm, Malmö and her hometown of Gothenburg. Since the start in 1993, Gilda Skolan has educated many of the country’s best spa and skin therapists.
